When I began diving into yoga I was obsessed with poses. I thought I needed to learn more Asanas to be a better teacher, and then I found this training and I found Whitney. Whitney illustrated to me, and I assume all her students, the importance and power in foundational poses and smart alignment. Through this intelligent course on alignment I began to see the connection between the body and mind and the power and strength I could cultivate in my body and my student's through the cues. This is a must take class for all yoga teachers.

    Yes! Whitney Walsh is a YACEP provider. By completing this training, you will receive 20 non-contact hours under the Anatomy and Physiology (AP) section.

  • Will I be an alignment expert once I finish this training?

    Like yoga, teaching is a life-long journey. By completing this training you will have a more well-rounded knowledge of anatomy and alignment as it relates to yoga and know what to do to teach to different bodies.

  • Can I revisit this training as a refresher as long as I want?

    Subscriptions to our courses are renewed on a yearly basis.
